Fees

Our teamof highly qualified counsellors and therapists have received advanced training and degrees from accredited institutions. They are members of professional organizations such as the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC), and hold certifications such as Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC).

Payments: Payment for each session is due at the end of session and can be made using Debit, Visa or Mastercard. We also accept e-transfer payments, which can be made at least 24 hours before the session (Interac e-transfer payments to info@consciousmindcounselling.ca). Upon payment, an official receipt will be issued.

Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel/reschedule an appointment, please provide us with 24 hour advanced notice, otherwise the full rate will still apply.
